It had legs.  I had to write a newspaper or two explaining that it wasn&#8217;t real.  It got a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/oddlyterrifying\/comments\/u3qlra\/madam_violet_queen_of_the_edinburgh_vampire_hive\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/oddlyterrifying\/comments\/u3qlra\/madam_violet_queen_of_the_edinburgh_vampire_hive\/\">Reddit thread<\/a>, and made it to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.snopes.com\/fact-check\/madam-violet-uk-scariest-woman\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.snopes.com\/fact-check\/madam-violet-uk-scariest-woman\/\">Snopes<\/a>, though more as an adjunct to stories about the original image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I made a video narrating the story.
